Stuff Happens

Record it, Review it, Resolve it.

Every day, Stuff Happens, and some Stuff we want to remember, by entering the details into “Stuff Happens”. The Stuff could be at work (e.g. interruptions), at home (e.g. an incident with a loved one), in the community (e.g. something to report to your Council) etc.

You can record the details of what Happened, categorise them by Why, Where, how it made you feel and Ideas on how you might prevent it from happening again. You can also flag it for Follow-up (if needed), add some Follow-Up Notes and a photo for context.

When it’s time to take a look back and review what Stuff has been Happening, you can drill into the details by using the “List” view which has Why, Where & Follow-Up filters or by using the “Charts” screen to see where, why and on what days the most Stuff has been Happening, click on a section of the chart, and then drill into the details of the recorded Stuff.

There are also sections to note what Follow-up steps you want to take (if any) and what steps you have taken to prevent it happening again.


One more thing you can do is to email the details about a “Stuff” to yourself, or anyone else you like, so there is a hard copy available for use in reports etc.
